The three product concepts are as follows:
- Core Product: This refers to the primary benefit or solution offered by the product. For instance, the core product of a car might be transportation.
- Actual Product: This encompasses the physical attributes and features, including design, brand name, packaging, and other elements that facilitate its usage.
- Augmented Product: These are additional elements or attributes that exceed customer expectations, like warranties, free delivery, or post-purchase service.
