A non-refundable fee of $50 is payable at the time of the application. Once a complete application is received, applicants are assigned an advisor to assist them with the admission process. Applicants are advised to check their email inboxes regularly for messages and updates.

Once admission is granted, students may enroll in the courses available for the semester. Enrolling in courses involves selecting the target courses and paying the assessment fees. The assessment fee for undergraduate (baccalaureate degree) courses is $100 per three-credit course. Assessment for graduate (master’s and doctorate) courses is $250 per three-credit course.

Refund Policies and Complaints

Students may withdraw from a course during the first week of class and receive a 75% refund. Students who withdraw from the course during the second week will be refunded 50% of the assessment payment made. Students who withdraw after the second week will not receive a refund. Refer to the calendar for exact dates. Requests for course withdrawal can be initiated by sending an email to [email protected]

Students are advised to contact their peers, staff, or instructors directly if they have any issues that can be resolved by the parties involved. However, if students are not uncomfortable and have grievances or complaints that require the immediate attention of administrators, students should send an email to [email protected]. All complaints would be addressed promptly. Academic complaints are forwarded to the dean of the school and/or the VP of Academic Affairs. Non-academic complaints are forwarded to the VP of Student Affairs. Issues related to technical support should be sent to [email protected]
